We ship from Dubai to the UAE and worldwide. Every parcel is insured and tracked.
Making your piece
Crafted to order. Most pieces are made in your chosen metal after you order.
Dispatch time. Usually 7–14 working days. We email you if a piece needs longer.
UAE delivery
Speed. 1–3 working days after dispatch, across all seven emirates.
Safe handover. A signature may be needed on delivery. Please keep your phone on.
International delivery
Worldwide. We ship by insured express courier to most countries.
Speed. Usually 3–7 working days after dispatch. Remote areas can take longer.
Duties and taxes. Your country may charge import duty or tax. These are paid by you to the courier on delivery and are not included in our prices.
Refused parcels. If a parcel is refused or duties go unpaid, return shipping and any charges are deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs
No surprises. The exact cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.
VAT. UAE orders include 5% VAT where it applies.
Tracking
Live updates. You get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
Address changes
Check before you pay. We can change your address only before dispatch. Email us quickly if something is wrong.
Lost or damaged parcels
Fully insured. If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 48 hours. We sort it out with the courier and look after you.
