Our jewellery
Natural gemstones. Every natural stone is unique. Colour, size and inclusions can vary slightly from photos.
Lab grown diamonds. Real diamonds, grown in a laboratory, with the same chemistry and sparkle as mined diamonds. Always clearly labelled.
Metals. 18K gold contains 75% pure gold. Metal options are listed on each product.
Photos. We show products as accurately as we can. Screens display colour differently.
Prices and payment
Currency. Prices are set in UAE Dirhams (AED). Other currencies shown are conversions; your bank may apply its own rate.
VAT. UAE prices include 5% VAT where it applies.
Errors. If a price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Payment. Taken in full at checkout through secure payment providers.
Orders
Acceptance. An order is accepted when we send your confirmation email.
Our right to refuse. We may decline or cancel any order — for example, suspected fraud — with a full refund.

Use of our website
Be fair. Don't misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for anything unlawful.
Our content. All designs, photos, text and the Sphene Jewels name belong to us. Don't copy or reuse them without written permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies.
